You can manage special occasion meals more easily than you might believe! To enjoy your Lean & Green meal at your breakfast meeting, family brunch, awards banquet, family dinner at a restaurant, or pretty much any special occasion including food, just adjust your Fueling routine (if necessary).

When eating out, stick to your regular Lean & Green meal of 3 servings of non-starchy veggies, 0–2 servings of healthy fats, and 5–7 ounces of cooked lean protein. Request that your meat be prepared/served without sauces and/or additional fats; substitute lower-carbohydrate options for starchy vegetables (like potatoes) (like steamed broccoli or green beans). Always request your salad dressing on the side and ask your server to pass on the bread basket and bowl of chips.
