For fresh, thawed pierogies, cook for 3–4 minutes; if boiling from frozen, cook for 5-7 minutes. When ready, the pierogies will float. With a slotted spoon, drain the pierogies, season, and then serve.
What’s the best method for preparing frozen pierogis?

Pierogi can be grilled by brushing melted butter on both sides and seasoning with salt and pepper. Put the pierogies on the grill on a disposable tray. They should be grilled until golden, rotating often for 8 to 12 minutes.
Although we don’t generally grill pierogi in Poland, now is a fantastic time to do so if your grill is already going. They’ll become deliciously crunchy.
How To Deep Fry Pierogi: Pour neutral oil into a big pot and heat it up. When the oil is hot (356°F/180°C), carefully add a few pierogi at a time. Avoid frying too many at once because they have a tendency to cling together. For an even color, flip them over. Pierogi should be gently taken off the heat when they turn golden and begin to float in order to drain the extra fat.
