Generally speaking, nuts and seeds are not the healthiest sources of fat, and drinking food is never better for you than eating it. Therefore, even if you produce your own almond milk, we’d prefer that you merely occasionally consume almonds.
In general, eating—and chewing—your food is always preferred to drinking it for satiety and hormone balance. Since you obviously eat yogurt with a spoon but don’t aggressively chew it like food, it falls into a peculiar middle ground. Additionally, as was already said, nuts aren’t the finest source of fat, but they are still permitted throughout the Whole30.

Why isn’t rice Whole30-approved?
No, we regrettably cannot. Rice is a grain, and on the Whole30 program, grains of any kind are not permitted.
Although brown and white rice are frequently regarded as “good” foods, there are a number of reasons why they are categorically off-limits for the Whole30.
Many people have trouble digesting grains, which is common. They include proteins that are highly challenging for our systems to digest, which makes it challenging for us to get the nutritional value out of them and leads to inflammation in the process.
Additionally, many cereals contain significant levels of phytates on a regular basis. These cunning little creatures are called anti-nutrients, and they bind to vitamins and minerals like zinc, calcium, and magnesium in our meals so that our bodies are unable to even access them.
The bulk of commonly consumed grains are processed, which removes the majority of their nutritious content and can lead to insulin and blood sugar swings. Grain products are not allowed in the Whole30 plan for these reasons.
