It’s uncommon for a family-run company to grow into a major national brand, and it’s even less frequent for the same family to participate in the development of a multi-unit success story. Despite Daniel’s passing in 2014, Linda and her son Andy are still the owners of the original property. HuHot’s is a franchise that, according to Sporrer, “offers fast, fresh food that can accomodate allergies, finicky eaters, and healthy hunters.” Sporrer also said that the company is skilled at quickly adjusting to shifting trends.

HuHot offers customers an eating experience. HuHot succeeds in satisfying customers’ desire to visit locations that provide a distinctive experience and dining as entertainment.

HuHot’s ease of operation makes running one considerably simpler than running a full-service restaurant, according to Sporrer.

“This is a great place to start if someone hasn’t worked in a restaurant before. People who have worked in the restaurant business for a long time will particularly value the simplicity of operations, she added.

HuHot franchisee Jay Warwick, a 1988 bronze medalist in taekwondo at the Olympics, concurred and said he opened his first location in 2010 because he recognized value and wellness as key value propositions for diners.
