Even as a child, I was such a snob about leftover pasta that I refused to eat it. I know some people despise leftovers. I think I once told my mother that eating reheated noodles was a waste of a dinner. Since then, I’ve apologized to her for this as well as a number of other revolting and/or exhausting things I did to make her life harder.
