Love me some fried rice. Fusion is a component of this recipe. I experimented with a few items I’d never used in fried rice, such as coriander, kasuri methi, and chicken stock cubes, and I have to say that the outcome was fantastic—it tasted like it had been delivered from a restaurant.
- After washing, add the rice to a pressure cooker with 3 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles.

- Mutton should be well cooked with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon turmeric powder before being shredded and bone-free.
- After cooking, let the rice to cool completely so that it can separate quickly. This can be done in advance.
- Eggs are scrambled with salt and chili powder in a heavy bottom wok that has been heated. Once the eggs are scrambled, the excess oil is drained from the wok, and the eggs are then reserved.
- If additional oil is required, add 1 tablespoon, add the ginger and garlic paste, and cook until the raw flavor has disappeared. Add the onion and chillies, and cook until translucent.
- Add all of the finely chopped vegetables, saute for a short while, then whisk in the chicken cube, chili powder, salt, and pepper before adding the meat stock to finish cooking the vegetables.
- Add the minced meat, kasuri methi, finely chopped bell pepper, and spring onion, and stir-fry briefly.
- 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and chile sauce Fry a little, add cooked rice, mix in the remaining ingredients, and fry until everything is heated through. Garnish with coriander and lime juice and serve immediately. Enjoy…:)

Both of them are not significant errors. Since neither would have as detrimental an impact on the final result as some of the faults described below, fretting about whether to rinse or soak the rice before cooking is actually the bigger mistake. Rice that has been soaked will, at worst, become gummier. Similarly, washing white rice removes some of its extra starch as well as many of its nutrients. Choose a method and follow it consistently each time, whether you decide to rinse, soak, do both, or neither.
What happens to basmati rice if you don’t soak it?

To soak, put the rice in a big mixing basin or pot and add twice as much tepid water (one cup rice plus two to three cups water). Spend at least two hours or the entire night soaking, uncovered, at room temperature. then drain and repeat the rinsing.
