How should you prepare ahi tuna?

Can you eat Costco’s ahi tuna raw?
Because of the freezing technique used to preserve Costco’s sashimi-grade super frozen yellowfin tuna, which takes place on fishing boats, it is safe to consume raw.
But technically, you shouldn’t eat raw fish that isn’t designated as sushi or sashimi quality.
Any type of fish, including tuna, must be immediately bled, gutted, and frozen after being caught in order to be prepared and eaten raw.
You shouldn’t consume raw fish until you are certain that it has gone through this process. However, if a fishmonger or experienced employee can be found at Costco, ask them.
To support the higher price point, however, the majority of sellers will claim that a fish is sushi- or sashimi-grade. However, it is not safe to eat raw unless you can verify that this technique was followed.
It’s also important to note that there are hazards associated with eating ANY seafood raw. Furthermore, just because a fish is designated as sushi-grade or sashimi-grade does not eliminate such dangers. Although eating them raw will make them considerably safer, there is still a risk.
Salmon, what about it? Once you’ve purchased them from the grocery store, can you still eat them raw?
